  I purchased a brand new firearm from the local Big 5 down the street and I've been shopping there since it opened. When I took my new firearm home and took it apart, I noticed the bolt was rusty.. so when I brought it back in, they said they couldn't do anything for me.. This isn't the first time I had problems with them. Once, I was back and forth with corporate for 6 months(not exaggerating) to get anything resolved with them.. I'm done doing business with Big 5 Sporting "Goods". I hope you chose NOT to do business with them as well.

  A bit wacky in organization and they didn't carry everything I needed, but the help was genuinely good and the flash sale saved me $50 on high quality shoes I needed by tomorrow. Would recommend over the local Kmart for sporting goods.
